SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday). Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public/bank holidays.

During busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will do our best to keep you informed if there are any delays.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).

Delays & Disruptions
While we aim to meet our stated timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at openroadcollective.help@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue so we can make it right.
